Avoid Lyca mobile

Complaint about Lycamobile

I ordered and paid for a Lycamobile SIM. The PIN for activation expires after 15 days. After 7 days the SIM never arrived. They said they would look into it and call me back within 48 hours. 48 hours passed and no SIM, no call back. I phoned them again, after 25 minutes waiting I finially got to speak with an agent. I told her I was unhappy and was requesting a refund as the 15 days would shortly expire. She simply hung up. I cant say its bad customer service, its actually bad pre-customer service. My next step is to contact my credit card compant and report the fraud.
