Cancelling payment of Product Support AG

Complaint about Currys PC World

Purchased a HP Pavilion laptop from Currys PCWORLD back in 2014 and noticed a £7.50 charge each month on the bank statement. We've been onto the bank thinking we can cancel the direct debit but its not listed and product support AG is coming out as a 'card payment' i would like to cancel this support as i no longer have the product. I contacted via phone but they said there is no information of me on the system but i am still being charged every month. I have no reference number as i have lost the receipt. PLEASE HELP!!!
