Complaint about Currys PC World

They have taken £5.00 every month frommy account for last 5 months which I have never authorise. I bought laptop from currys frb 2017 and refuse to take product plan but they have taken money from my account and I have not known ? I call them today and they cansel the plan but I lost money they have taken
