I've allready made a complaint without a reply and I'm disgusted eith goldcar a s there customer service team...charged the same insuance as my hire cost unbelievable. .I want my extra costs refunded in going on social media to share my experience and urge people to stay well clear of GOLDCAR

This insurance is set to confuse people by goldcar what a way to treat your customers after I had booked 2 month earlier .goldcar Even tried to get 20euros of me at the desk to go fasttrack even tho it was not busy .unbelievable that they are up to this kind of misstrust I'm letting all my contacts and business accoeiate and friends know about the way goldcar operates

Hi Michael, I can confirm that you have received a car from the same group you booked on the website. The cost breakdown is on the contract that you have signed and the explanation of it appears under "Observations" in English and Spanish. Also, if this was not contracted then the total amount paid would have been 1400+€ because of the deposit. Thank you. Regards, Victoria R
