Complaint about Go Assist

My mother phoned them based on their advertisement as her washing machine had broken. Straight away she was bombarded with questions and a hard sell technique. They pressurised my mum into paying £129.99 there and then, yet nobody had come out to see what was wrong with the washing machine, they then proceeded to cross sell as she had the same make fridge freezer which is working fine saying that this also needed to be covered in case it broke down at a cost of £13.20 a month. The fridge freezer is 5 years old what a cone. My mum phoned me afterwards very distressed/upset, she had tried to sort this out herself, but felt afterwards very pressurised during the call, nobody has been out to even look at the machine let alone repair it which my mum does not now want. I have phoned twice to complain, I have sent an email, my mum continues to be bombarded with calls from operators, she received 6 in one week, nobody is listening to what we are saying, they have taken my mums money and have still not refunded despite all our calls/complaints. My mum is an elderly widow, this type of hard sell tactics is disgusting and I will be taking this further.
