Complaint about Iresa

Gas meter reading on commencement with Iresa was a huge estimate and over 4 times what i have actually used in the previous years at the same time period. Becasue of this my previous energy supplier calculated a final bill for over £700 for one months of gas usage. So far the problem has not been resolved as Iresa will not provide my previous supplier with a correct meter reading. 3 months on and my gas meter reading is still less than what they estimated 3 monthe previous and I am still £700 worse off.
