Complaint about Thomson

I booked a holiday with thomson. I paid £220 extra for a club room advertised with a whirlpool bath and a shower. A few weeks later I received an email saying that my room was falsely advertised and actually ONLY had a shower. I specifically paid extra for a room to have the bath. When contacting Thomson I forward the email to an employee who also agreed the website stated that there was a bath. She said she would forward my email to her manager. I received no reply. Then on calling numerous times without reply I emailed them to get a generic response back to call ANOTHER number. I've called that number more than 5 times each with no answer. I either want what a paid for - a bath or I want a refund of my £220. Thank you for helping
