Didn't get tickets I paid for

Complaint about Ticket Selection

Tickets had to be collected from a courier 30 mins before Coldplay concert which was very stressful especially for others we met through Facebook who had travelled across the country. My complaint though is the fact I paid for seating which is stated on my invoice and was written on the envelope he gave me(which I had to sign and give back to him ,I did photograph it first ) but tickets were general admission which is either standing on the pitch or finding a seat on the ground level so a free for all. They obviously can't guarantee these tickets when you buy them a year in advance at silly prices because they haven't got them to sell.
