Credit Perfect have been taking my money without permission.

Complaint about Credit Perfect

I applied for a loan through Credit Perfect back in March/April time. The loan got declined, and I never received any money from them. I have been looking through my bank statements and every month since 12/04/17 they have been taking £14.99 out of my account, without my permission! so that is 4 months of taking my money, totalling up to £59.96 that has been taken from me! If there is anything you could do about this, I would be extremely grateful! This is a disgrace that they have done this without notification! I can provide bank statements to prove this. I will be contacting my bank in the morning. Look forward to hearing from you.
