A complete disaster

Complaint about Wren Kitchens

I could write pages here but briefly, despite hours in the showroom on numerous occasions we didn't ever receive the correct plans, the delivery was incomplete, the sink was incorrectly installed and many finishing pieces had to be reordered. Live electrical sockets were left behind units..notably one behind sink/dishwasher. We are in dispute whether the solid oak worktops have been correctly finished. We are 34 days into the installation process and still do not have completion dates. Would never recommend this company, this has caused us lots of stress and inconvenience and there is no end in sight.
