Wainting almost ten months for a responce to delaye flight claim.

Complaint about Thomson

I emailed Thomson's through their website on the 3rd Oct 16 regarding a claim for a flight which was delayed for 24 hours. The flight was to Crete on Thu 22 Sep 2016 . TOM7450 Flight Booking Receipt: EUF/12841836, Booking Reference: 2666172. I received an automated response to acknowledge receipt of the claim. I have since phoned them and submitted another email but they still have not contacted me regarding this claim. I have also messaged a Thomson representative on their Facebook page who told me that they had no time scale to work to and that I would just have to wait to hear from them. I think the length of time I have been waiting is not acceptable and it is my understanding that they ave already paid claims on this flight to some individuals months ago. Thank You Susan

I am very grateful to A Spokesman Said who were able to resolve this issue within two days of me contacting them. I received a phone call from Thomson's apologise to for the delay and to inform me that my claim had been processed and payment would be sent out in the post. I don't think this issue would have been resolved without the help from A Spokesman Said..Thank You :)
