Complaint about ArrowXL

Ordered garden furniture from Amazon and paid for nominated delivery. Received a text from Amazon to say it had been dispatched and was told a delivery time slot for furniture 2 days later along with tracking info. The day before delivery received an e-mail confirming time slot. Waited all morning for delivery to arrive and followed tracking so could see that it had left the depot and driver would contact me when he was on his way! FOUR HOURS after time slot had lapsed I finally got through to customer service to be told it hadn't even been loaded onto the van for delivery! Can't understand why Amazon are using this company as now I've read the reviews and complaints about them I would not trust them! Am currently awaiting a call or e-mail to let me know when I can expect a delivery! If I need to take time off work I will expect to be compensated for my trouble. Absolutely NO Point in having nominated delivery days if they can't be guaranteed. Disgraceful customer support!
