Informed me I had suitcase allowance, but none when I got to check in.

Complaint about Gotogate

Gotogate gates rep had to help me with my booking. Two major queries, Date of birth incorrect on ticket and needed confirmation about suit case allowance. Check with KLM about Luggage 23kg GOTOGATE agreed I had 23kg allowance. Originally GOTOGATE stated that I must check with KLM, found this odd has the ticket selling company should be able to tell me anything about my ticket. Date of Birth, GOTOGATE REP said he had changed the information and sent the details to KLM. During online check in found out that the DOB had not been changed and no information had been sent to KLM. Told by KLM that the ticket GOTOGATE had booked gave men no suit case allowance. If I would have know I would not have bought the ticket, I have to carry certain things in my suitcase because of my disability. Told on 17/ 07/ 2017 by a GOTOGATE rep that I should not talk about this has it not relevant. Mmm a persons disability is not relevant. GOTOGATE Refuses to give me a transcript of the telephone conversation where the rep said I had suitcase allowance.
