Complaint about National Holidays

On arrival no receptionist. Wait ages to get key to room. Didn't work, took 45 minutes to get in there. Once through door strong fish smell on entering. I nearly vomited so bad, cleaner agreed bad. Complained, asked room changing to be told none available. Went again complained got room changed 90 minutes later, close to meal time. First room filfy, broken beds, wet filler in bath too. Second room faulty electrics but clean. Manageress said room 303 will get room refunded she promised. Besides this, we nearly missed buffet meal. Night in bar area, average serving one customer a hour. Poor set up on supplies in bar. Kept disappearing. Lifts people from our party as well as others got stuck in old lift. Breakfast disorganized and tea machine over flowed litres boiling water onto wooden floor. Not only slip hazzards but a scold one. Since speaking about fish smell in room 303. Others said there's did too staying with National. Also heard strong fish smell is down to faulty wiring. I'd like this investigating. Due to safety requirements. In room 101 our second room, clean, more presentable had faulty electrics and broken wires showing.
