Mis selling broadband and renewing without consent

Complaint about BT

I have spoken to BT after receiving my bill online which did not reflect the offer that was made to me by complaints dept on 15.05.17 which reflected £9 pounds per month for the infinity 1 through end of my contract which annuls in November this year after speaking to a Bt representative today @ 13.50 whos english was very hard to make out as most of thier call centres divert you to indian people that try to convince you everything is fine. Not only did I find out I was paying £11 a month also my contract was renewed to 2018 May without my consent which I was confident as I write everything down which I did not take out which in legal terms is not just mis selling but borderline illegal fraudulently actioning without my consent I was told it will be escalated and get a call back within in 3 to 5 days to sort this issue not only am I irate at this situation I will persue this to the legal ombudsmen if needs be daily mail as the greed and unprofessional attributes is unexpectable for a massive billion dollar company like B.T and thier criminal attributes will be suffice on the news papers to warn the british public of con artist B.T which I can assure BT will be out of pocket for so be warned follow citizens before joining BT
