I have not received my items and they will not respond to any of my emails

Complaint about Carmats2u

I paid for a set of mats on the 29/6/17 and then on the 8/7/17 I received some templates which I confirmed was correct. I asked for an update on the 16,17,18 of July and have had no response from the "24hr help line" oh and the mats cost me which I have paid for £158.44 which I have requested a refund for and have heard nothing back
