Why have a phone number when customers cant ring directly

Complaint about A Shade Greener

Iam about to buy a house which has solar panels provided by a shade greener. I decided to look up the company and then ring to ask them some questions regarding the solar panels and the boiler ( as the lady who previously owned the property has died). Why does this company provide a phone number that customers cannot use and are referred to social media on the automated service. After reading reviews and complaints then trying to get hold of this company myself, iam seriously starting to wonder whether to pull out of the sale. I dont want anything provided from a company who does not speak to its customers and is hard to get hold off especially if a boiler breaks down, i have a child with disabilities....this is no good to me!
