Complaint about Venntro

They have taken two payments of £69.95 out of my account without authorisation and I cannot delete it - I've complained to my bank who said it's an automatic payment that they can't stop but I didn't authorise it! I'd some out again 16th July 2017 and the last time was 3 months ago. I need this resolved as or I'm going to delete my credit card that it's linked to.
