Very rude

Complaint about Littlewoods

Hi, I rang littlewoods about my account and how I can pay for my bill, and the woman I spoke to was very rude, talking to me like I was a child, I work away and I am a very busy person, as I ordered my item, from my understanding I would be able to pay it weekly, so as I asked the woman she was saying very rude to me "did you even read your term and condition" I said yes and she said well you should no how to pay for it, I shouldn't have to ring up about a payment and get spoke to like a child it was very rude and I am not happy at all, I don't understand what she was saying to me about the payment so I still don't understand how I am going to pay for it, I needed to complane about this because I found the woman very rude, unhelpful, had very bad attitude and I don't need that down the phone when I ring, I even rang when I ordered my item just to make sure I could pay weekly and they said once I have received the item, I should ring littlewoods and then they will help me to sort my payments out, and none of that has happened, I don't even want to ring back because of this person and feel like I don't want to shop there again
