Complaint about Credit Perfect
I have been emailing this company over the past week and no one is yet to help me or talk me through the complaints process. I seem to have an email from Stephen but he has not responded in the last 3 working days. No one wants to try and help me. I did not sign up this company there was an error messaging when I filled my details in so I did not think the application had gone through. I was looking at my finances and realised 3 payments with no permission my bank. I am so annoyed and disappointed in the lack of service or help that should be provided which is not.
