Complaint about Parcel2Go

My parcel has been lost by landmarkdrop through parcel2go. Not the first time- but it is now! They tell you that it is 'stuck' in the post but were unable to say where exactly my tracked parcel is!. "Contact us again in 2 days and we will e-mail the courier". 2 days later- "we are sorry but it is still stuck" etc etc etc. When pushed to explain the delivery incompetence, I have received different stories from parcel2go on the same day. "It is in France, it is in Belgium, it is in the UK. " "Contact back in 2 days.". The lies are extrodinary and they go on for months until the customer snaps and gives up. The thing is - they dont want upset the couriers as they are feeding off them. The couriers put their own service as a priority and the parcel2go customers are secondary and parcel2go customers are lied to to. The tracking information is incorrect and if you try to complain - it is impossible. They are the only company who can escape a complaints process. They just ignore the customer. Diabolical service! Arrogant and backward in their approach. Never again
