Complaint about Policy Expert

This is my wife’s insurance and I am very frustrated the way you are dealing with this claim. We have been burgled 19.07.17 and we had very little information from our insurer policy expert. This is very sad to see that you are delaying the claim based on some assumption. First of all as a customer we have paid our premium to you but when it comes to claim you do not want to deal with it. I work for insurance myself and we have duty towards customer. Our back door is not secured we have two kids who are 2 and 5 their safety is more important for us but policy expert has done a temporary job and have not sent anybody out to get the door fixed. If house gets burgled again would you take responsibility for this? The house is not secured and neither is my family due to very poor standard of policy expert. I also want an email address of your company’s CEO. No empathy shown its disgusting. We are getting the door fixed ourselves now as Policy expert is not bothered about the safety of my family! No help or empathy shown from insurer over door is still not secured and we are worried about our safety. we have took matter in our own hands and going to buy a new door. Please be aware of this insurance scam and get yourself with a better company.
