Parcel2Go- lost 2 parcels, customer service is Zero

Complaint about Parcel2Go

I left 2 parcels in their In Box drop off boxes, with 2-3 working days delivery. 10 days later they are supposedly still in the boxes, have supposedly never been picked up. I.e. They are lost!!! It is impossible to speak to someone, I have spent over 3 hours with their so called "live chat" - what a joke, they just tell lies, the last one told me the parcels had been scanned for delivery? And yet they are supposedly still in the boxes, so how the hell have they scanned them They are refusing to accept a compensation claim, as they state they are not lost, then why the hell don't they deliver them! The worst company I have ever, ever had the misfortune of dealing with, absolute zero customer service. You only find out how good or bad a company is when something goes wrong, well is has and Parcel2Go are AWFUL!!!!?
