Complaint about Goldcar

Hi Goldcar, I'm still waiting for a 70 Eur refund as agreed. I was told I would receive this in 5-7 days after dropping the car off but have had nothing. What is happening please? Reference is 11549740

Hi Ben, Thanks for contacting us. We have looked into your contract and do confirm that the deposit hasn't been unblocked. We believe it was a system error.
