Payment not received for sold tickets

Complaint about viagogo

I have sold tickets on your site on three occasions, totalling nearly £700 but to date have not received payment for any of them. The status of each says payment was made into my PayPal account however they do not show at my end. I have contacted you by email several times, I received one reply after about 10 days (dispite being told you respond within 24 hours) but payment has still been made. It is very frustrating given the amount of money I am owed. I have tried to contact you by telephone but keep being told to send emails.
