Complaint about Ticket Selection

I ordered tickets on 1st Feb and was charged £10 more than the amount I was invoiced. My tickets never appeared despite numerous emails / calls and I was emailed ON THE Day of the event to say my tickets would not be coming. I was told to expect a refund within 7 - 10 working days, that was on 8th July. No refund has been issued. I would like my money back ASAP.
