Complaint about Credit Perfect

I just checked my bank statement to see £14.99 had been taken out by credit perfect a company I have never heard of. So I searched them up and tried to log into my account to see why I was paying them money. So I typed in my email address and clicked forgotten password and it came up saying that my account isn't active. So if I do not have an active account how can I have something that I need to pay for?!
