Complaint about ArrowXL

High value goods ordered from Amazon. Arrow XL received item from Amazon on 13th July and item was scanned into depot. I received text message confirming delivery date 17th july. Item never turned up. Contacted arrow xl and was told item was misplaced and was not out for delivery. I was then sent another message delivery on 21st July. Again no item delivered.Again contacted arrow xl and customer sevices informed me item was still not found. Again I had to contact arrow xl and was told to wait till 26th july. I phoned arrow xl and was told item was still misplaced in their warehouse.On no occasion have arrow xl attempted to contact me to resolve the issue. I work for a parcel delivery company and after reading on the internet the sevice Arrow xl. provide i can honestly say none of this information is true. This company should not be in the business of looking after high value goods. I still have not heard from anyone at arrow xl and now in process of trying to resolve the issue with Amazon. Extremely disappointed person without a delivery.
