Complaint about Easylife

I need to replace a bulb in Natural Daylight lamp i bought on line with EASYLIFE.It says that I have to get it off them and i need to phone with a number they supplied.They answered with a pre recorded message that went like this; a charge of 13p a minute plus my own charges and that it was a 10 Second waiting line.Not to hang up i would be dealt with next. your call is important and be ready as you are next.20 minutes later still no joy allthough they keep saying not to hang up.All this for a light bulb that was suppose to last 7000 HOURS IN THE FIRST PLACE.That is deception in my book.
