Failed to Respond to Fradulant Activity - Refusing to send Deadlock letter

Complaint about Vodafone

Lack of communication! Failed to report fradulant activity on my account! Requested a letter of deadlock since November 2016 - This still has not been sent, however I am receiving automated threating emails. I am terrified and feel this is now something I am unable to resolve on my own, hence my complaint. I would appreciate any help you could give me. Kind regards Julie Wadsworth
