Complaint about Ticket Selection
After being told they couldn't supply tickets for a Coldplay concert in Dublin, we were assured that a refund was processed to hit our bank 20 July. Our bank confirmed there was no refund, neither was there one pending. Have had issues with Ticket Selection for over a week via their live web chat. They emailed this morning to say that their 'merchant' now says 28 working days. We paid £879 8 moths ago!! This company are definitely ticket scammers. Since we paid for our tickets under their heading of 'London's TopTicket Seller', they now advertise as a secondary ticket seller in their small print T&Cs. This permits them to simply sell tickets they don't have in most cases. They then offer a refund of a 25% loss to the customer, which you get only if they 'resell the ticket ' , which you will probably not receive in the first instance. Win win for Ticket Selection.
