Complaint about Lycamobile

I have been a user of Lycamobile for the last 3 years . Normaly i use a 15 pound bundle or a 10 pound one . Every time there is a text message on my phone saying that there is not enough credit on my phone to autorenew and i have to top up .After this I always buy a lyca top up with my card from my near convenience store or top up online with paypal . I was on holiday for 10 days . When i came back i found out that they had charged me for the renewal of both bundles the time I was away . I managed to cancel the auto renewal but there is no option cancelling a bundle that you have not used . I have spent no minutes or data of it and cant get rid of it . This a total waste of my time .

After contacting Lycamobile in facebook they did reply to me not instantly but eventually . But nothing changed , the guy told me that i had accomplished already to stop the auto renewal ....but that was something i already knew . I was trying to get my money back for the bundle i had not used . (15 £) So the auto renewal was for 2 bundles i had used in the past .Changing carrier asp !!! Furious !

Scammers and worst costumer service ever . Amateurs at best !!!!
