I read with interest that people have had issues with Thomson Customer Services. I was cared 24 times £8 , instead of one payment of £55 for the week. I complained whilst on the Thomson Dream and was told to go back to the ASDA Corby Thomson branch, where I had spent over £4500 on two cruises over the course of the previous year. I went back to the Corby office who contacted customer service on my behalf as they seemed to understand my problems. The Customer Services department failed to respond within the promised 30 day time line. After several trips to the store and many phone calls and emails, they refused to reimburse me. Needless to say, I will never travel with Thomson ever again. This is the way they treat good customers. The people in the store lack empowerment and generate excuses for everything. Customer Sevices are ineffective. To any customers thinking of buying a cruise with Thomson is avoid them. They showed their true colours. There are plenty of other far better options than these opportunists!
