Complaint about Wren Kitchens

Bought a Wren Kitchen in May and had it delivered 10 July 2017. Their lorry driver damaged my paving (newly laid last September). Noticed on the packaging that problems and shortages need to be notified within 72 hours, so decided to open up the boxes the next day. Good job I did, found damaged items and/or missing items. Notified Wren and have asked Wren for a full refund as is my and other consumer' right under the consumer rights act 2015 (30 day right to reject) but they're ignoring the law and only offering replacement. I don't want a replacement they sell themselves as supplying fully assembled kitchen units and to a quality standard, I've received neither.

You're clearly keeping an eye on this web site, there are many others that have problems with Wren. What makes you think that you're above the law? Wren has a history of poor customer service
