Worst ever service- 9 months on kitchen still not finished and they owe us money

Complaint about Wren Kitchens

Most cupboards fitted wrongly and that led to new electrical goods and newly laid tiles floor damaged. Washing machine installed in a way that detergent drawer couldn't be opened. Wrong hob taken back last December and we are still waiting for our money to be returned. It is 9months since they started fitting the kitchen and every two weeks I chase and we are still waiting. We have been told we can't claim compensation until they have completed fixing the damage but nothing is happening. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We are about to resort to the courts.
