Complaint about Hotel Club Cala Romaní

I arrived on 18th July was told transfer was only 115 minutes from airport took 3 hours got there 3am staff at the desk was very rude had a 5 month baby crying got there was on top floor which was very hot no cooling fan or air conditioning could even stay in the room cracks all.over the room.damaged door curtains rail from bathroom was broken stains all over bedding there was a celing fan which blown out hot air which made room even worse my son who is 12 was very poorly food was very greasy my son was upset couldn't eat it complained to staff said they have no room.at the bottom floor I had to get my mum.to phone travel agent as I couldn't get through I had to pay an extra £500 to change hotel had to stay an extra night as wasn't available till next day then the hotel I stayed with had to.sort out transfer if i stayed in the hotel my baby would die in this heat with no fan or air conditioning there were families leaving and changing hotel it was that bad
