Transferin my virgin media to my new property

Complaint about Virgin Media

I have had virgin media for 8 years and have now bought a property in which I am willing to transfer the virgin media package I have with me to my new home, unfortunately virgin media does not offer services in my area and they requesting me to pay an early cancellation fees of £200 but it's not my fault they can't supply me services in the area. What should I do

report to ofcom. they are investigating virgin for this issue. google ofcom investigations virgin and you'll see it.
