Complaint about British Gas
I had a gas service appointment the other week booked between 1230pm and 6pm . I had taken day off work for this and waited in all day. It came to 545pm and still no1 had turned up i reported this and i was told someone had came just after 1pm . I stated i had been in all day and no one had rang my bell or knocked the door. I sent a letter to the main manager stating this and still had no joy i was told i was going to be sent any money for time i had lost off work and that someone did come out. I explained i will be taking matter furthur.
