Complaint about The Phone Spot

i believe that i was misled when phone spot rang me,they said they were part of the wharehouse group and because my contract was up for renewal they could offer me a good deal, i did not want a new phone so they send they would send me a new sim card for which they would charge my acccount . they did not ask my bank i assumed it was all ok. on further research with my air time provider i was told that what they do is misleading and illegal and i wish to cancel but cannot make contact with them.
