Complaint about Harveys Furniture

Ordered suite and 2 chairs on the 29th May 2017, explained we would be away from the 23-06-17 until 08-07-17. A deposit of £200.00 was left. Later a delivery date was arranged and agreed upon over the phone and my husband offered to pay the remaining balance. This was refused and he was told he could pay later. While on holiday my husband received a text message stating if the balance wasn't paid by the 07-07-17 the delivery wouldn't be allowed to go ahead.This resulted in a £7.50 phone call from Mexico with him having to pay the balance over the phone. The suite was delivered on the 12th of July as agreed, but on bringing the last chair in it was found to have the wrong back. This was taken back and we finally got the remaining chair on the 31-07-17. We feel the service was totally unsatisfactory.
