Complaint about Zavvi

i ordered a cardboard cutout on the 14/7/17 for a birthday present they sent the wrong item a cheaper cutout i contacted them and returned it only for them to send out exactly the same item the second time round.i received it today the 31/7/17 which i now have to return again.it is not a small item and the local postoffice will not take it so both times i am having to travel 15/20 mins and a will now have to find something to give as a late birthday present
