Complaint about Ticket Selection

I purchased two tickets fro Jamiroquai at the O2 London for Saturday June 24th. Via the news and social media, I learned Jamiroquai was cancelling the concert due to a back issue. I had to chase Ticket Selection to advise if this was in fact true and it took them over a week to respond. I then had to chase for next steps i.e. was there to be another concert my tickets would be honored for? Would I just receive a refund? Eventually they replied that new dates had been given (a mid week night in December) and when I confirmed that ok yes I would still like the tickets for then I've heard nothing. I have repeatedly chased them for advice on when the tickets will be received and had nothing back. Shocking customer service and I have paid £150 for two tickets I have no idea if I will see or not.
