Complaint about Credit Portal
Waking up to money that has not been authorised to be taken from my account, £19.95 was taken which has left me with nothing I don't work after i had a brain heamorrage and have 2 children to provide for. Can't get in touch with this company and believe that will keep taken this amount randomly without concent as many people have already complained about. I am reporting it and have to cancel my card and wait for new one to arrive. I understand I will not get it refunded which is a disgrace, i am discusted that children have to suffer from these actions.
