Absolute Shocker

Complaint about Sunmaster

We decided to book a holiday with Sunmaster which we were told was available. When we checked this was no longer the case but the booking agent suggested a more expensive holiday that was available. Being short on time we opted to buy this. They took the payment but then couldn't process the booking and- lo and behold - the holiday was gone! They now had our money and we had no holiday. "Not a problem we'll give you an immediate refund" was the reply when we asked what happens now. The immediate refund - despite being from their Barclays account to my Barclays account - 7 to 10 days. Now we have no holiday and no money. No-one at Sunmaster is prepared to help except a fantastic customer service lady ( I won't name her as she doesn't deserve to be associated with this shower ) who unfortunately has no authority to do anything. They blame the banking process but it's not the banks ( for a change) it's Sunmaster. Will never deal with them again and suggest everyone else follows suit.
