£232 Early exit fee due to house move.

Complaint about Virgin Media

I needed to move to a bigger house so my autistic daughter could have her own bedroom. When I phoned up to see if I could take my broadband with me I was told they do not supply to my new house. They said because we cannot provide you and you are a long standing customer of 12 years we will not charge you the exit fee. About a month later I got a bill for £232 for early exit. I complained to virgin and they could not resolve the issue so I contacted CISAS who ruled in virgins favor so I paid the bill to avoid a ccj.

report this to ofcom they are investigating Virgin for this as of end of June
