Poor Customer Service

Complaint about JML Direct

Customer service representative accused me of swearing when I said I was 'pissed off' with a delivery not arriving within 24 hours as promised when I paid for express delivery. I do not consider saying I am 'pissed off' as being rude and swearing. I can think of plenty swear words that I was feeling when this representative responded in an accusatory way but refrain from expressing myself. I think this company needs to retrain their staff members on customer service and how to placate customers when customers feel they have been taken advantage of rather than JML training staff to be ultra sensitive esp when they are in the wrong!!! Will never use this company again and will be telling all my friends.
