Disabled client request single bed

Complaint about Pontins

I have booked a club 2 bed apartment and requested a single bed in the second bedroom for my dissabled father and have been told by manager at park sandy that it is not physically possible to put a single bed into a club 2 bedroom and if i want a single bed i would need to downgrade to classic apartment i can not see how this problem can not be rectified in the club apartment i booked and why pontins staff i jave spoken with keep implying that this is my fault for booking online when it clearly states in my online booking that i meed a double bed in 1 room and either 2 singles or single and bunk on tje secomd room ad my father could not get in or out of the bottom or top bunk beds
