Complaint about Pure Rally

Dear All, I had booked in good faith Pure Rally for 1 car for the event in March 2018. The cost of this transaction was £600 which I paid in full, subsequent to my payment more money was taken from my account. I had paid using my debit card and therefore Pure Rally had my debit card details. 2 days later I noticed that Pure Rally had taken another £2400 of which I notified them immediately, they stated that this was an error. 2 days after that they took an additional £7200 - I was now out of pocket by £9600. Pure Rally stated they would provide a refund and showed me some screen shots (based on their in house system) the refund. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for this refund. I have been in communication with Pure Rally and they have basically been giving me the run around wrt the transaction. They stated that I needed to contact my bank and request a charge back, there is no such process and they must transfer my money back to me. I am now receiving radio silence so it seems that this is going legal and will become a police matter - bottom line this is fraudulent and very unscrupulous behavior. All I wanted to do was go on a Car Rally - I am now down £9600.
