Complaint about Xercise4Less

When I signed up I was told it was twelve months, and then signed on a tiny A5 bit of paper , it's after this that they email you terms and conditions. Already bollocks. After I moved away from the area and finished the 12 month contract I noticed I had been paying 9.99 per month for 6 months to a Harland's , cancelled it immediately with my bank because I didn't know what it was. Since then got a letter months later asking for £207 from CRS
