I made an account on shpock few days back n then listed a few items for sale n my items werent coming up on discover whts new in ur area so just out of curiosity to knw whts happening to my account i messaged them they didnt reply fr a week n then i called them n they say sorry ur account has been blocked so we cant do anything I m like this is the first time i m using shpock n u say im blocked why? They say we see a connection between u n the previous owner of the phn n they just disconnect the phone when im still speaking n whn in convo i asked them to transfr to a supervisor they say no supervisor on site as i m the only one in the office Wht a lie can i the whole call centre of shpock be only 1girl with no manager Worst customer service

Ive already done that n i told u all before tht i am using shpock fr the first time how can i violate things But ur customer service agents are just of no good Kindly recheck i am ur new first time user
